  1. Service Verification:

    • Upon completion of the service, clients will be required to verify and sign off on the work performed. This ensures mutual agreement on the quality and completion of the service.
  2. Payment and Receipts:

    • Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and electronic payments.
    • Clients will receive a detailed receipt upon payment, outlining the services rendered and the total amount paid.
  3. Dispute Resolution:

    • If there are any issues with the service provided, clients are encouraged to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.
    • In the event of a dispute, we will work with the client to reach a fair and amicable resolution before escalating to a chargeback.
  4. Chargeback Claims:

    • Clients who initiate a chargeback without prior communication and attempts to resolve the issue directly with us will be in violation of our Chargeback Policy.
    • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that we believe are unfounded or fraudulent. This includes providing evidence of service completion, client verification, and communication records to the payment processor.
  5. Deposits and Cancellations:

    • Any deposits paid for securing appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Non-refundable deposits cannot be charged back once the cancellation window has passed.
    • Clients with a history of chargebacks may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for future services.
  6. Protecting Against Fraud:

    • To protect against fraudulent chargebacks, we maintain detailed records of all transactions, including signed service verification forms, receipts, and communication logs.
  7. Client Agreement:

    • By engaging our services, clients agree to our Chargeback Policy and acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms.
